Grandma's a Fairy

So they had a special event at Mom's Albertsons and they all dressed as a Disney character. Mom and her friends went as the three fairies from sleeping beauty. they looked adorable. Preston told Grandma she was awesome. You can't see it, but they had little tiny wings on their backs. Mason saw these and in amazement said, " Grandma can fly." It was really fun to see all of the people dressed up. Way to go Grandma you ARE awesome!

Fathers' Day

We went fishing for Fathers' Day this year. Well actually we went on Saturday, but it was for Fathers' day. We had a blast. Poor grandpa was very busy getting everyone's poles ready. He would finish one and the next person would want help. Once he finished that person the first person would be back for a new worm. It would of helped if we could have helped putting the worms on, but YUCK! Finally Grandpa actually got to fish. The boys ended up swimming in the lake more then they fished. At one point Austin was swimming, and all of our poles were sitting on the side of the lake and he looks at me and says " I Love fishing"! I guess they aren't true fishermen, but they had a blast. It is great that they have a grandpa and dad that will help them make such great memories. Finally Grandpa got to go on his own and fish. You can see him hiding in the reeds fishing. We Love you Grandpa!!! On Sunday we had a Father's Day dinner at my house. Emilee and her family came as well as Grandma and Grandpa. We ended up playing T-ball in the back yard. You can see were Eric and Scott got their love of Baseball. It was a great day. We love all of the Dads in our lives!!!!!

Okay- so some of these pictures are repeats, but I am still learning. Jess, could you give me lessons? I had to put the picture of my Dad vacuuming the trampoline. I think there may be easier ways to clean off the tramp, but to each his own. We Love Him!!!

This weekend was lots of fun. We had Kim and Arron visit. They brought their little girl McKenzie. We had lots of fun. Stayed up way to late (I guess I am too old!). We are so excited because we just found out that Kirt's little sister, Robyn is going to be sealed in the temple. We are so proud of her and Nick. A temple marriage has brought so much peace to me. I know that we will be able to have all our boys together again some day.
Okay- so Mason is totally awestruck by my Dad. The other day he had chocolate all over his face, and when he looked in the mirror he thought he was so funny. He said the he had a mustache. After we cleaned him up, he said,"I wish I could have a real mustache so I could be a grandpa." We get a bid kick out of him. The other two are busy playing t-ball and machine pitch. I have included a few pictures of the guys playing. Preston told me that they gave him a t-shirt because he was the best on the team. I didn't have the heart to tell him everyone got one. Well they are having a great time and representing us well. It sure is fun to be a Mom (at least most of the time).
