So this is what we woke up to Sunday morning. When Kirt woke up he asked, " How long have I been asleep?" This was not a little dusting of snow. This was at least 6 inches of snow. But the good news is that it is suppose to be back to 70 degrees by next weekend. Gotta fall in Utah. The boys had a blast in the snow. I came out to take pictures and ended up having a snowball fight. It was lots of fun. I just want to send a shout-out to the coolest 14-year-old we know. Happy Birthday Taylor. You Rock!!!!!

We LOVE that Utah weather!

So my boys love to come cheer Bonneville on to victory. They were so excited to get their faces painted. Peighty is always one of the boys, but painting her face was just way too far. We went on to win our match against Box Elder. I am lucky to have fans that will come cheer my team on.

We tried something new this year for volleyball. I had a retreat at my house for the volleyball team. we made shirts, anchors, ate pizza, and played Rockband. It was really fun and the team seemed to band which was the whole point of the retreat.

Summer Fun In the SUN

Okay, so what did I do this summer. Well We went to Roy aquatic center. My boys loved it, it was cheap, and I got a great tan. Unfortunately my tan is fading fast. We spent a lot of time with Em and the girls at the pool this summer. I can't wait until next summer. Until then- Its pasty white or fake baking for me.

Ode to My Sisters

You know how life sometimes seems like it an uphill battle on a mountain of pudding. The higher you climb the faster you slide down to the bottom. Lucky for me I have my two sisters that are always there to catch me and encourage me to get back up and climb again. They not only listen to me complain, but they let me know taht it will be alright. They love me when I don't think anyone could. They are my BFFs and I am so lucky!!!! I love you guys!!!!

Lehi Fun!

Eric was so nice to let Austin go to his baseball camp at UVU. He is a very loyal fan now! Mom and I went to pick up Austin and the kids got to play. They had so much fun. They cried when we had to go home. Jess let the kids paint this old oty horse. They had a blast, and it kept them occupied for almost an hour. Thanks for all the fun Jessica, and for the 200 tacos. We had a blast. Thanks Eric, Austin thinks he is really cool because he got to go to the UVU camp.

Fireworks!

Traci's boys had to light some fireworks because they don't get to in Arizona. The kids had fun most of the time and no one was burn to badly (just kidding!).

Ice Cream Fun

So my awesome sister Traci gave me an ice cream maker that was a ball that you rolled back and forth to make ice cream. So these pictures are of the fun. You will notice that it starts out with all of the kids on the trampoline helping, then sundenly it is only Emilee and Traci. When the kids notice that they are having fun they cmae back to help. Thanks Traci! Mom sat by the baby and talked on the phone but she still enjoyed the ice cream. It was the beginning of a week of non-stop fun with Traci and her boys.

Fun in Idaho Falls!

Kirt's grandma passed away of the 5th of July. We got to travel up to Idaho Falls to attend her funeral last Friday. It was nice to learn a little about his Grandma. She lived a very eventful life. We will miss her, but we know we will see her again. Fortunately we got to spend the whole weekend with Kirt's sisters and his Mom. We played lots of RockBand. I think I may someday leave teaching and join a band. The game told me I had "serious skills". Just Kidding! We had a party for my birthday at Leo's Pizza Parlor. It was lots of fun. We went to the Riot Zone where we got to play miniature golf and ride go-karts. I learned that my boys (Austin and Preston) are very competitive. They were bumping and turning around each other while they were racing go-karts. Luckily they were the only ones on the track. The adults also got to race on the bigger track. It was fun and it really does bring out your competitive side ( maybe that is just the Callister in me). We had lots of fun. We wish they lived closer. Maybe they should come and visit (hint!).

Happy Birthday to Me!!!!

Well my birthday was lots of fun. I was at volleyball camp at Utah Valley University. My cute players wanted to go to brunch to celebrate. We went to my boys favorite place--IHOP. It was lots of fun. Kirt took me shopping and I got some new shoes. Then Mom and Emilee brought a cake down for everyone to share. We had lots of fun.

NASCAR

So if you know Austin you know that he loves NASCAR. He is a walking encyclopedia about the drivers and races. He was excited to see this Tiger car outside of Wal-Mart when we were at volleyball camp, but he got very excited to find out that he could actually sit inside the car and play a driving video game. It was very cool!!! He was sure that Emilee would very excited to see these pictures because he is sure she is a "BIG" NASCAR fan.

Football Guys?

Preston and Mason wanted to play football so they got some dish towels to use at shoulder pads, but if you notice Mason didn't put them on his shoulders. Somehow he made chest pads. I laughed and laughed as he had cleavage when he bent over. Notice Preston's awesome hair. I got home one night and Kirt had given him a Mohawk. Luckily he is cute enough to pull it off.

4th of July

So this is our 4th of July. Everyone went to Idaho or Park City, so we had a Williams' Bash. We started the day by making sugar cookies. It always starts out fun for everyone and ends with Mom (me) frosting all of the cookies. We went and saw Wall-E at the new theater. It is a cute show, but I definitely liked Kung Fu Panda better. After that we went home and ordered pizza, because Mom was tired of cleaning up the kitchen. We went out to do fireworks at about 9pm and as you can see it wasn't even dark, but the kids still had lots of fun. We had one of Austin's friend over to watch our fireworks. The danced and laughed (after Austin stopped plugging his ears). It was really fun! Then on Sunday we got to have another Firework show done by our normal firework display guy (Scotty). He waited until it was dark! It was lots of fun and it was a fun way to kick off the summer.

Grandma's a Fairy

So they had a special event at Mom's Albertsons and they all dressed as a Disney character. Mom and her friends went as the three fairies from sleeping beauty. they looked adorable. Preston told Grandma she was awesome. You can't see it, but they had little tiny wings on their backs. Mason saw these and in amazement said, " Grandma can fly." It was really fun to see all of the people dressed up. Way to go Grandma you ARE awesome!
